The owner of a beauty salon in the Keselwatta area in Panadura has been assaulted and her hair has been cut off. The Panadura North Police stated that the victim had been assaulted by the wife of the victim's husband and two other women.
The victim is also the daughter of a veteran actress. The three women who assaulted her have been arrested by the Panadura North Police and have been charged with trespassing. The three women were produced before the Panadura Magistrate's Court today and were released on three sureties of Rs. 100,000 each.
